Surya, the Hindu sun god, is the inspiration at this bright, pleasant restaurant where the sunburst is a recurring motif. Some of the most innovative Indian cuisine in all of Los Angeles is served here, including fresh fish and herbs, which are combined in traditional Indian methods. You'll also be delighted by tandoori lobster and tandoori sea bass and see that catfish pakoras make for a standout appetizer.
