Tucked away in an unassuming strip mall storefront, Benley continually surprises guests with its classy yet minimalist decor and incredibly flavorful Vietnamese dishes. The family-run restaurant has quickly grown in popularity and serves very reasonably priced noodle and meat dishes for lunch and dinner, with a BYOB policy and no corkage fee. Steaming, aromatic pho is on the menu, but you'll also find bo kho (a stew made with short ribs), shaking beef, and bun (a meat and noodle "salad"). Fresh ingredients and excellent desserts add to the appeal.
