That is exactly the kind of experience you can have at the Sky Room. After pre-dinner cocktails, the perfect starter course is a foie gras torchon with fig marmalade, brioche, and seared frog legs. Follow with an elegant entrée, perhaps Muscovy duck breast with figs and a crisp polenta cake, or Cote de Boeuf with roasted potatoes and artichokes. For the full experience, dessert is a must – white chocolate cheesecake with strawberry compote and chocolate almond soufflé are equally superb. Through the week, a pianist plays classic favorites, while a seven-piece orchestra provides the music on Saturday nights. |
